LetterPick provides opinions, comparisons, and an interactive quiz to help you choose a newsletter platform, and offers a paid migration service. The site is operated by webshark; contact hello@letterpick.co. By using the site you accept these terms.

Not professional advice

Everything here is general information and editorial opinion, not legal, financial, or business advice. Platform features, pricing, and terms change frequently. Figures we quote (pricing tiers, free-plan limits, revenue shares) were checked against each platform's published pricing on the date shown on the page and may have changed since — always verify current details on the platform's own website before signing up or paying for anything.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links are partner links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not determine our recommendations — the quiz and guides recommend platforms with no partner program where they're the better fit. We sell no platform subscriptions ourselves; your subscription, its billing and any refund are between you and the platform under its terms.

Migration service

Quotes are free and nothing is agreed until you accept a written quote by email. Payment, timing and refund terms are set out in that quote and agreed per job; they are not handled on this site. Your part: you confirm you have the right to move the subscriber data you give us, and you keep your own backups until the migration is signed off. Our liability for the service is limited to the fee you paid for it. We are not responsible for the platforms' own outages, pricing or policy changes, or for deliverability outcomes that depend on your content and list.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep comparisons accurate but make no guarantee that any information is complete, current, or error-free, and to the fullest extent the law allows we accept no liability for decisions made based on it or for the products and services of third-party platforms. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Intellectual property

The site's original content and design are ours. Platform names referenced (beehiiv, Substack, Kit, Ghost, MailerLite, Mailchimp, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is for identification and comparison only, and implies no endorsement or affiliation beyond the disclosed partner links. You may embed the quiz using the snippet we publish; you may not present our content as your own.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at abusive rates, misrepresent its content as your own, or use it for anything unlawful.
